Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons create comfort, ease restrictions and expand more fluid movement into the world. These lessons consist of movement sequences guided by spoken directions. Most are performed on a mat and begin with easy movements and progress to complex patterns. The gentleness of these movements ensure their suitability for people of any age or condition. A different lesson is presented each week focusing on various themes such as walking, sitting, rolling, breathing and more!
